You are responsible for everyone in your group!

 

Fit-n-Fun Rentals is in the business of providing children and families with an opportunity for healthy outdoor activities.  Please be sure to go over the safety rules with your children.  It is at your discretion whether or not you feel your child is responsible enough for this activity.

 

Fit-n-Fun Rentals is not responsible in any way for accidents arising during this activity, or on the way to or from this activity.

 

 

All riders are required to wear helmets while riding bikes, and life vests while in kayaks or in or near water.

  

 

All riders must wear appropriate attire....including but not limited to....sneakers with secured laces,  properly fitting shirts and shorts.

 

Backless sandals (flip flops) are not permitted on bikes.

 

Littering, or damage to parks or PPVs is taken very seriously and will result in immediate expulsion from the activity, without refund. Keep our parks and trails beautiful for everyone to enjoy!

 

If you or your child rent a PPV, you are responsible for it during the entire rental period.  Do not lend or leave unattended.  If you or your child finishes early, have them return it to the rental station.  If you are doing a bike or kayak share, you must let the rental attendant know everyone who will be using the PPV.
